The Global CHD Alliance was founded with one clear mission — to make quality congenital heart disease (CHD) care accessible to every child, regardless of location or financial background.

Founded by Dr. Atul Surendra Prabhu and Dr. Sudeep Verma, the alliance combines global expertise, advanced cardiac care, training, and outreach to improve outcomes for children born with heart disease. Together, they aim to build sustainable pediatric cardiac care systems, train healthcare professionals, and expand access to life-saving treatment across underserved regions.

Dr. Atul Surendra Prabhu

Dr. Atul Surendra Prabhu

Consultant – Pediatric Cardiology & Electrophysiology

Dr. Atul Prabhu is an internationally trained pediatric cardiologist and electrophysiologist with expertise in congenital heart disease and cardiac rhythm disorders in children and adults. With experience of over 10,000 pediatric catheterization procedures and 1,000+ arrhythmia ablations, he has trained across India, Australia, and Taiwan.

Dr. Sudeep Verma is a leading interventional pediatric and fetal cardiologist with extensive experience in neonatal and pediatric cardiac procedures. Over the years, he has performed nearly 4,000 pediatric and neonatal interventions and has contributed to several landmark achievements in India.
